The DCCC has released a poll showing Eric Massa leading randy Kuhl by 5 points, with 13% undecided. The poll's margin of error is 4.9%.
This is a poll by an interested party and should be taken with a grain of salt. The last independent poll in the district was taken by the New York State Board of Elections in November, 2006.

Your right, but 1) if Kuhl/NRCC had a poll with him ahead, he would have released it as well. 2) The DCCC does run "semi" legitimate polls, and this will help Massa raise allot more money in the days to come. To have 13% undecided so late in the race is remarkable with Kuhl as a legislator in the area for close to thirty years.
1) Agreed
2) I would like to see the detail on the poll before I make any judgments on that. It hasn't been released yet. I agree that 13% undecided seems high, but I'm always surprised by the number of undecideds.

I think 13% undecided is typical in a race like this.
It's under 10 for the prez:

But we have no idea what the voter screen was like for this poll, so who knows what makes sense.
