Back to Normal

The Star-Gazette is reporting that the Kuhl and Massa campaigns have agreed to let votes be counted "as they would in any other race".

A re-canvass of machines has not altered the vote count, and Monroe will count absentee ballots this afternoon.

It is my understanding that the results are not in yet from Hope Cemetery in Campbell.

I'm sure Kuhl's lawyer is doing his best on that one.

Massa was seen talking to headstones at the Bath VA cemetery - all the cemeteries may be a wash.

Does "back to normal" mean now the rabid partisans can watch?

Robinia - I think they decided it was too boring and gave up.

Elmer - There's a revolutionary war cemetery up the street from my house. I don't know if they're Kuhl or Massa voters, but you're making me wonder now.

Rotten - Is that the one close to Route 64? Anyone famous buried there?

Yep, that's the one.

I've walked through it and didn't see anybody I recognized. But I'm not a native New Yorker, so maybe I missed someone important.

Elmer,
You think he is admitting his age? Thought you and I were the elders here!

Remember - he grew up in the midwest so he never had a chance to meet any of the revolutionary folks out east :)

Is going to cemeteries something only old people do? I guess I'm old then.

Must be - I was at my mom's grave site a couple of days ago. I do like to look around - there is a ton of history there.
