In a comment on Thursday's fracking story, Rich the Retiree noted that the Dundee Observer covered the Pulteney meeting.
Reader Dan sends Wednesday's Massa op-ed in the Penn Yan Chronicle-Express.
As a side note, the Dundee Observer site says they also cover Penn Yan. The I didn't know that the Penn Yan area had two newspapers. It's like Chicago down there.

The lake is a little smaller, most buildings are shorter, the traffic is usually a bit lighter, but, yeah, other than that Yates County is pretty much a clone of Lake County, Illinois.
The politics are cleaner, too.
Uh, Cook county. Geopolitical knowledge apparently fades over time. Great.
IIRC, Lake Co contains the northern suburbs of Chicago.
On a more serious note, the Jerusalem town board have decided to look at revising a 1979 law that prohibits the transport of nuclear waste through the town to somehow prohibit transport of wastewater through the town. And to ask the Yates County legislature to consider similar regulation. (Jerusalem is immediately north of Pulteney; that much I'm certain of.)

Posting of the town board meeting minutes usually lags two or three weeks, but should eventually show up at http://www.jerusalem-ny.org/minutes.htm
Thanks for the link.
